How To Make Baked Donuts?

  • Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
  • Making Batter. Separate all three egg whites and egg yolks into two bowls. Set egg white aside. Add coconut oil and yogurt to egg yolks, and whisk to combine. Sift all-purpose flour into the same bowl, and mix well.

  • Beat the egg white with a hand mixer while adding the sugar in three batches. Keep beating the egg white until stiff peaks.

  • Add 1/3 of the meringue into the egg yolk batter and gently fold to combine well. Next, mix the batter with the rest of the meringue and fold slowly until well combined. Transfer the batter into a piping bag and set it aside.
