How to make Crumb Pumpkin Muffins?

  • Melt the butter in the microwave for 1 minute. Mix the butter with eggs in a bowl, and whisk well. Combine the pumpkin puree with the mixture, and mix well.
  • Sift flour, sugar, and baking powder into the mixture, and fold to combine well with a spatula.
  • Line the muffin tin with baking cups, and fill each cup to the top with the batter.
  • To make the crumbs, combine butter, sugar, and flour in a bowl, and mix until crumbs with your hand. Sprinkle the crumbs on each muffin evenly.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F (176 °C), and bake them for 25 minutes.
