- All-purpose Flour
- Baking Powder
- Egg (2 oz with shell)
- Honey- You can also add sugar or sweetener instead.
- Flavored Yogurt (or Greek Yogurt)

How To Make Yogurt Waffles?
Making mini yogurt waffles at home only needs three tools: a large bowl, a whisk and a waffle maker.
Simply combine the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in a bowl, and constantly whisk until the batter becomes smooth and has no more lumps.
Heat the waffle maker and brush it with butter. Add batter to the waffle maker and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Cool the waffles on the wire rack and serve with fruits or any toppings.
Tips
This mini yogurt waffles recipe can also make regular size waffles or pancakes on a non-stick frying pan. Add two tablespoons of batter to the regular waffle maker or the pan, and cook them for 3 minutes instead.
If you are looking for a none expensive but great quality waffle maker, I love to introduce you to the one I have. The Dash Mini Waffle Maker is easy to use and quickly heats up the iron in less than 30 minutes. It cooks the waffles evenly from the dual non-stick iron surface. It’s light to carry and absolutely cute with the mini size.

Cool mini yogurt waffles on a wire rack completely, then transfer them to an airtight plastic bag or container. Refrigerate the waffles for up to 3 days or keep them in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
The easiest way to heat the waffles is to microwave them for 30 seconds then serve. However, if you like a crisp exterior after heating, please use a toaster oven or a toaster to heat them up.
