  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta from the instruction on the package. Transfer the cooked pasta to a bowl with cold water, soak the pasta for 5 minutes and drain off. Set it aside.
  • Peel and chop the pumpkin into small blocks. Steam the pumpkin for 15 minutes until soft. Use a blender to puree the pumpkin with milk for 10 seconds.
  • Heat the nonstick frying pan with olive oil on medium-high heat, cook the garlic and onion until aromatic. Add shrimp to the pan, and stir-fry them on both sides until pink.
