  • Agar Agar Powder
  • Sugar
  • Cornstarch- You may omit this ingredient if you like the jelly that turns out crystal clear. Cornstarch helps to sit the jelly better and faster.
  • Water

How To Make Strawberry Agar Jelly?

Three simple steps will make the best agar jelly dessert for you.

First, place strawberry slices in a glass container with two layers, and set aside.

Secondly, cook the agar mixture with water in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring it to a boil and constantly stir until the agar powder has completely dissolved.

Finally, pour the mixture into the container till the strawberry slices are fully covered. Cover and chill it until cold and firm. Cut into cubes and enjoy.

  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Agar Agar Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 400 ml Water

Instructions

  1. Place strawberry slices in a glass container with two layers, set aside.
  2. Combine agar powder, sguar and cornstarch in a bowl and mix well with water until no more lumps. Pour the mixture into a saucepan, and bring it to a boil. Constantly stir the mixture until the agar powder has completely dissolved. Pour into the container immediately to cover the strawberry slices.
  3. Cover the container with plastic wrap and refrigerate it until firm. Cut into cubes and enjoy.
