How To Make Easy Steak Pasta?

An easy steak pasta recipe typically involves cooking steak and pasta separately and then combining them with a flavorful sauce.

First, prepare the steak. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Let the meat sit for a few minutes to embrace the flavor a little bit more.

Seasoning the steak with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Next, cook the steak. Heat the frying pan with olive oil, add garlic, and saute for 1 minute until fragrant. Add mushrooms and steak, give a quick stir-fry until the mushrooms are cooked and the steak reaches your liking. Turn off the heat.

Finally, combine pasta and steak. Toss everything together along with grated parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar. Add more salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot with fresh cherry tomatoes and lettuce. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Choose the Right Cut of Steak: a tender cut of steak like ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon. These cuts are well-suited for quick cooking methods. Do Not Overcook the meat or it will turn out hard and rubbery.
  • Cook the Pasta Al Dente: When cooking pasta, follow the package instructions and aim to cook it al dente, which means it’s cooked but still firm to the bite.
  • I like to cut the steak into small pieces so they get cooked quickly. You may also cook the entire steak to your desired doneness and top it over the pasta for serving.
